BROWNSVILLE
Brownsville steams to nowhere.
When you're standing on the deck of the Titanic, better known as Brownsville as it sinks into chaos and Third-World conditions, you have to ask yourself about the meaning of life. Is Brownsville worth the struggle when God has condemned this purgatorial place to perdition?
No amount of warm weather can compensate for the infernal that will envelope the community when it explodes from 200,000 to 300,000 inhabitants in the next decade. Brownsville will be a hell on earth with its thousands of lost souls languishing in poverty and ignorance.
Brownsville's best days are behind it as the quality of life rapidly diminishes. But there is still marrow to be sucked from the bone.
The days, however, are numbered and the succeeding generations won't feast as well as the mayor and the county judge have as the pickings will be scarce after they, their cronies and their compadres have filled their bloated bellies.
